SLAWINSKI has been a recognised manufacturer of tailored heads and bottoms for vessel, apparatus and system construction since 1914. From Siegen, in the heart of Germany, we supply right across Europe to all customers – from very small companies right up to global players - who place value on high quality products.
Our recipe for success is the consistent utilisation and development of our decades of experience as well as targeted investments in new and proven technologies and the employment of quality-conscious and customer-orientated personnel and finally a watchful eye on the markets of today and tomorrow.
We guarantee to preserve the inimitable strengths of a medium-sized family company, already in its fourth generation – flexibility, innovation, quality, customer orientation and continuity in terms of personnel – and to further optimise these to the benefit of our customers. Their success is our success!
Slawinski heads and bottoms are produced in a cold forming process. At our production site in Siegen-Weidenau, we produce heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 5,400 mm and wall thicknesses of 30 mm, through dishing and flanging forming processes. At our Bad Laasphe factory, heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 3,100 mm and wall thicknesses of 12 mm are shaped using the spinning forming process.
All heads and bottoms can be subjected to heat treatment after cold forming in accordance with the production code.
As a richly traditional Siegerland company, we at SLAWINSKI
are also aware of our social responsibility.
Up to five young people are constantly undergoing training in the commercial division. Furthermore, we were among the first companies to offer training as a “Mechanic in forming engineering”, a vocational qualification specially tailored to our industry.
Our aim is to consolidate our leading position in all aspects across the spectrum of head and bottom production in cold forming techniques, and to further develop this in the future without loosing sight of our responsibility to people and the environment.
